Track an order
Use the order number from your confirmation email together with the same email address used at checkout.
How order tracking works
Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address used at checkout. When the order is found, this page shows the latest order status, payment status, delivery method and any shipment tracking details recorded by the store.
Order status
- Pending — the order was created and may still be waiting for payment or review.
- Processing — payment or order checks are complete and the order is being prepared.
- Shipped — the order has been handed to a carrier; tracking information appears when available.
- Completed / delivered — fulfilment is complete according to the latest store or carrier update.
- Cancelled — the order is no longer being fulfilled.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created. International shipments may also pause while moving between networks or during customs processing. If the status remains unchanged longer than the delivery window shown in your shipping information, contact support with your order number.
Privacy protection: order details are only shown when both the order number and the matching checkout email are supplied.
